My job is administrative.

I work in the biggest company in this country Coopidrogas, is in charge of distributing medicines
to the associated drugstores.

In my work I deal with correspondence and communications between the company and the
partne.

In my work, in addition to correspondence, I hold academic and recreational corporate events. I


love what I do and I enjoy it every day.

My greatest concise skill in handling successful communication.

On my first day of work, everyone looked at me like saying and this one does here, it was not
easy to gain a space.

No. but I do have routines set up to start the workday.

In the university I lead an autonomous learning in which the knowledge I acquire as I seek it and

it is my responsibility to set study schedules. meet the course agendas empowering me from

I’m extremely responsible for my duties and empathize with situations, that’s my greatest
strength. And the weakness is being able to match my classmates for work.

My first day was really crazy, I cried, I didn’t understand anything, I thought I wouldn’t make it.

Yes. I believe that if I don’t enter the course on the first day that they qualify I don’t get to meet
in time.

WORK:

1. What is your job?

Answer: Currently  I work as an advisor in some companies in Riohacha – Guajira

2. Where do you work? Describing the place of work.

Answer: I have different places of work, sometimes I work from home. The companies that I
advise have different structures. Some are big and spacious, others have a pleasant setting. In my
house I have a study where I can work, there I have the necessary elements to carry out my
activities.

3. What responsibilities do you have at work?

Answer: The responsibilities that I have at my job are:

• Perform professional consulting in the administrative and financial part of the company

• Develop favorable strategies for the company

• Advise on financial decisions

• Review and analyze financial reports

4. Describe your activities at work. Do you like your job? Yes, No. Why?

Answer: In my work I must read reports, request information and make diagnoses, to advise
companies.I like my job because I can use the skills and knowledge that I have as an
administrator and an accountant.

5. Describe your skills and weaknesses for this job.


Answer: I consider that the skills I have to carry out this work are: the ability to make strategic
decisions, use of digital tools, good communication, organization, commitment, ability with
mathematics and the ability to transmit information. I consider my weakness to be a low
tolerance for stress.

Answer : On my first day of work I received an induction on how the company's activities were
carried out, I met the staff with whom I was going to interact and my workplace.

Answer : At the moment I do not know superstitions of the places where I am currently working.

STUDY:

Answer: At the moment I am studying a master's degree in organization management.

2. Where do you study?

Answer: I am currently studying at Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia – UNAD.

3. What is your favorite subject?

Answer : My favorite subject is innovation management.

4. What are your responsibilities at university?


Answer: My responsibilities at the university are to deliver jobs on time, carry out all the
activities of the schedule designed by the university and work as a team.

5. Describe your activities at University. Do you like your career? Yes, No. Why?

Answer: At the university I carry out different activities, such as participation in the forum,
videoconferences, preparation of individual and team work, monitoring of the platform and
interaction with teachers and colleagues.

I like the career that I do because it allows me to have extensive knowledge for the performance
of my skills in the different companies where I have provided the service.

6. Describe your skills and weaknesses for this job.

Answer: To study this master, I consider that I have communication skills, teamwork, leadership
and strategic thinking. I consider time management a weakness given that I have obligations at
work and at home.

7. What was your first day at university like?

Answer: The first day at university was difficult because I did not know the processes of virtual
study and I did not know the platform.

8. Do you have or know about any superstition in your school/University?

Answer: At the moment I am not aware of superstitions from the university where I am currently
studying.

1. What's your job?
I worked as an educational agent in the field of health and safety at work.

2. Where do you work? Describing the workplace.


I worked at the district health secretary, where I had to go to various job sectors in urban and
rural areas.

3. What responsibilities do you have at work?


My responsibilities were more than everything:

 Educate the community of workers about the risks to which they are exposed during their
working hours.

 Collection of personal data.

 Making teaching materials.

In this work, he had to report on the activities carried out, he had to carry out various learning
strategies aimed at the community to intervene and, above all, he had to be clear about the
appropriate way to educate each person, in short, if I liked my work, because there was a lot of
interaction with the community in general.

My ability is that he was very proactive, always looking for new learning methods to achieve
meaningful learning in people, good public management and interaction with them. My
weaknesses were that I was sometimes very impatient in some situations.

My first day of work for me was very good since I had already done this job, but I was also eager
to want to do it in the best possible way.

Until now, I never knew or knew of any superstitions about where I worked.

My responsibilities are to deliver the activities in the time stipulated by the university, to work in

My activities at the university are the development of individual and collaborative activities,
participation in web conferences and study forums. I like what I am studying because every day I
learn new knowledge autonomously, apart from the fact that it is a career which has many
branches of intervention towards the community in general.

My ability is that I really like working in a team since I can learn and feed back my knowledge
based on that of my colleagues, I consider myself a strategist when developing any activity that
is outside my comfort zone. My most notable weakness is that sometimes I let myself take the
time to carry out the activities of each course.

My first day at university was full of nerves since I had never studied in virtual mode, but I was
also very excited to experience something so new for me.

So far I don't know of any superstition at my university.
