 The classes would be held for 5 hours with half hour break in between. The extra classes would be held
at 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM during the course of study between October 2021 and April 2022, to complete
the syllabus. Extra class at 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM will be held 3 or 4 days a weeks.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION

 Since the number of applications for admission into our General Studies programme is far in excess of the available seats,
admission will be offered to students strictly on a principle of first-cum-first served basis. Students would be first asked to
registered themselves and generate token/registration number. Only those students who generate the token/registration
number would be called for admission.
 Online Registration for October 2021 session in G.S will be available on 9th Oct 2021 between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on
www.vajiramandravi.com
 Registration fee of Rs. 700/- (non-refundable) is to be paid at the time of online registration by credit card, debit card or net
banking.
 The institute won’t bear any responsibility if a candidate, is not able to access the network, while seeking registration
online. The process of online registration is mere registration for admission and does not ensure admission. Admission shall
be confirmed by Vajiram & Ravi, on payment of fee. Students are asked to be available to pay the fee on the date and time
specified at the time of online registration.
 Step-1 Registration Process:
1. Fill registration form 2. Upload clear passport size photo in .jpg format (size below 20 KB)
3. Upload ID proof of the candidate in pdf
 The admission for the students who have registered will be conducted online & offline on 16 t h Oct 2021 . 
Students will be given a specific date & time to finish their admission formalities including payment of fee.
 Step-2 Admission Process:
1. Complete an Admission form 2. Upload clear passport size photo in .jpg format (size below 20 KB)
3. Upload ID proof of the candidate in pdf 4. PAN card of the candidate or parent
5. Online Fee payment (Kindly check limit of online transaction from your bank)
 Mode of Payments:
The following options are available to pay the fee:
Net banking Credit Card Debit Card UPI payment system Demand Draft
 Demand Draft: Single or multiple Demand Drafts (favouring Vajiram & Ravi, Payable at Delhi) are accepted, only at
Vajiram & Ravi’s office on the date & time of admission mentioned in the token/registration number. number.
 The payment of fee would be collected only for General Studies now through an online link for fee collection.
 EMI on credit card facility is available for payment of fee online.
 Financial assistance in the form of Loan is offered by HDFC Bank, for coaching at Vajiram & Ravi, only for its
classroom programme students.
 This financial assistance facility is arranged for the benefits of students with HDFC Bank. Vajiram & Ravi would not
be liableor bear any risk in this regard. The loan disbursement is solely discretion of HDFC Bank. Bank.
