GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION
 Since the number of applications for admission into our General Studies programme is far in excess of the
available seats, admission will be offered to students strictly on a principle of first-cum-first served basis. Students
would be first asked to registered themselves and generate token/registration number. Only those students who
generate the token/registration number would be called for admission.
 Online Registration for August 2021 session in G.S will be available on 12th Aug 2021 between 09:00 AM to
05:00 PM on www.vajiramandravi.com
 Registration fee of Rs. 700/- (non-refundable) is to be paid at the time of online registration by credit card, debit card
or net banking.
 The institute won’t bear any responsibility if a candidate, is not able to access the network, while seeking
registration online. The process of online registration is mere registration for admission and does not ensure
admission. Admission shall be confirmed by Vajiram & Ravi, on payment of fee. Students are asked to be available
to pay the fee on the date and time specified at the time of online registration.
 Step-1 Registration Process:
1. Fill registration form 2. Upload clear passport size photo in .jpg format (size below 20 KB)
3. Upload ID proof of the candidate in pdf
 The admission for the students who have registered will be conducted online & offline between the 18 th & 1 9 t h A u g 2021.
Students will be given a specific date & time to finish their admission formalities including payment of fee.
  Step-2 Admission Process:
1. Complete an Admission form 2. Upload clear passport size photo in .jpg format (size below 20 KB)
3. Upload ID proof of the candidate in pdf 4. PAN card of the candidate or parent
5. Online Fee payment (Kindly check limit of online transaction from your bank)
 Mode of Payments:
The following options are available to pay the fee:
Net banking Credit Card Debit Card UPI payment system Demand Draft

 Demand Draft: Single or multiple Demand Drafts (favouring Vajiram & Ravi, Payable at Delhi) are accepted, only at Vajiram
& Ravi’s office on the date & time of admission mentioned in the token/registration number.
 The payment of fee would be collected only for General Studies now through an online link for fee collection.
 EMI on credit card facility is available for payment of fee online.
 Financial assistance in the form of Loan is offered by HDFC Bank, for coaching at Vajiram & Ravi, only for its classroom
programme students.
 This financial assistance facility is arranged for the benefits of students with HDFC Bank. Vajiram & Ravi would not be liable
or bear any risk in this regard. The loan disbursement is solely discretion of HDFC Bank.

NOTE: (for Delhi Centre students)
 Students enrolled in G.S August session will have to attend double class session during the first 60 days of
beginning & end of the session to cover the syllabus.
 Students are advised to keep themselves available from 11:00 AM to 04:30 PM for the GS Course during
these 60 days.
 The class timing will be 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM & the extra class will be held from 11:00 AM to 01:30 PM.
LIVE ONLINE GENERAL STUDIES PROGRAMME

 Online LIVE General Studies classes would begin on 14th Aug 2021 Timing: 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. for those who wish to study
from the convenience of their home. Admission will start from 25th July 2021. The fee for the LIVE Online G.S Programme is
Rs. 1,45,000/-
NOTE:
 Students enrolled in G.S Online August session will have to attend double class session during the first 60
days of beginning & end of the session to cover the syllabus.
 Students are advised to keep themselves available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM for the GS Course during these
60 days.
The class timing will be 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM & the extra class will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
