1. To sign contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements for publishing, advertising contracts

and Tax Forms with Apple Store and Google Play, contracts and tax forms of ad
networks for application monetization of applications.

2. To sign any additional agreements, invoices, acts, amendments connected to the

above-mentioned arrangements.

3. To issue, sign and deliver any invoices, requests for payments in connection thereof.

4. To enter into, make, sign and effect all such contracts, agreements, letters,
undertakings, receipts, payments, assignments, transfers and things as may in the
opinion of the Attorney be necessary or convenient in relation to the actions
mentioned in Clause 1.

The Attorney in general shall do or cause to be done only lawful acts and things.

The rights granted herein may not be delegated to any third party and the Company expressly
declares that no sub-powers of Attorney can be granted by virtue of this Special Power of
Attorney.

This Power of Attorney shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
