1.0 Introduction

Minera Valle Central SA (MVC) recovering copper (Cu) and molybdenum (Mo)

of fresh tailings from Codelco Chile, El Teniente División (DET), and also has

the rights to remove and process the DET's oíd tailings deposited in the

reservoir Colihues.

Currently MVC processes 130,000 t / d of fresh tailings with 0.12% law in total

copper. MVC also has the power to remove the oíd tailings, which have been

deposited in the reservoir Colihues between 1977 and 1987, which have laws

on the order of 0.23% total copper.

2.0 Objective

The objective of this report is assess the performance of Hebei Goldpro

grinding balls in comparison to forged balls from our previous supplier's

grinding balls.

Ore type: Copper and molybdenum

Bond Work Index of the Ore: El Teniente 21.7 Colihues 21.2 Kw-h/tc

Ore feed size: 30% + M150 El Teniente - Colihues

Ore discharge size: El Teniente F80 = 280 P80 = 140

Colihues F80 = 240 P80 = 120

Analysis. Sampling was carried out from 1 st July, 2014 to 31th October, 2014.

4.0 Deíails of the production

During the period from 1st July, 2014 to 31 th October, 2014, the total

production volume of the ore is 6.000 Ton per mili, the actual consumption of

steel ball is 600_Ton. So the wear rate is 500_g/t.
