STUDENT ACCOUNT GUIDELINES
Mastermind students have been provided with a Mastermind Online Student Email account.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION EMAIL FROM ZOOM IN YOUR MASTERMIND ONILNE
STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNT TO CREATE YOUR MASTERMIND ZOOM ACCOUNT.

DO NOT CREATE A ZOOM ACCOUNT ON YOUR OWN USING MASTERMIND ONLINE STUDENT
EMAIL.

Upon receiving Mastermind Online Student Email account and after creating your Mastermind
ZOOM account you are subject to the following rules and regulations:

• Mastermind Online Student Email account and Mastermind ZOOM account are properties of Mastermind English Medium
School.
• Mastermind Online Student Email account and Mastermind ZOOM account are connected to your STUDENT ID.
• You will need your Mastermind Online Student Email to join ZOOM classes at Mastermind English Medium School.
• You will not be able to attend online classes with accounts made with personal emails.
• You are prohibited from using any account for your own personal use rather than attending Mastermind Online classes.
• Account security is YOUR responsibility.
• DO NOT share your account and account passwords with anyone.
• Mastermind Online Student Email and Mastermind ZOOM accounts can and will be monitored for anomalous activity.
• Anomalous activity includes, but not limited to, class disruption, impersonation, entering wrong class rooms, not turning on
web cam, misconduct in class room etc.
• YOU will be held liable for any anomalous activity on YOUR account, either through impersonation or through your own
actions.
• Anomalous activity found on your account will lead to possible account suspension and/or account termination.
• Account suspension/termination will prohibit you to attend online classes at Mastermind English Medium School.
• Mastermind English Medium School reserves the right to change, modify, alter, update Student Email information and ZOOM
account information with prior notice to students.
• Mastermind English Medium School reserves the right to enforce students to maintain correct account information including
account names, passwords etc.
• Please keep note of passwords for both Mastermind Online Student Email account and Mastermind ZOOM account. Inputting
wrong password multiple times will invoke a lock on your account which will inhibit your ability to attend online classes at
Mastermind English Medium School.
• Any violation of the Digital Security ACT of Bangladesh will be handled with utmost strictness by school authority.

By using and activating your Mastermind Online Student Email and Mastermind ZOOM
account you agree to the above rules and regulations.
