• this plan is applicable only if you are a salaried employee

• this plan comes with a 90-day waiting period i.e. you can make an eligible claim if you
lose your job at least 90 days after you avail this plan

• there will be no waiting period in case of job loss due to permanent total disability

• to make an eligible claim you must be employed with an organisation for at least 6
continuous months before your last working day. your organisation must be registered
in India or have a registered office in India

about your benefit payment

• the maximum benefit that can be claimed is 3 times your monthly take-home
salary after all deductions including bonuses, tax and PF deductions up to Rs. 120000

• the payment will be applicable 30 days after the last date of the full notice period and
not the last date of employment

• the benefit will be paid 30 days after the time period for which severance pay is
