What is the validity?

The policy coverage period starts when you take the onward bus and ends when you return to the city of origin or
a maximum period of 7 days (whichever is earlier).

POLICY CANCELLATION: The premium amount is refunded to the customer only if the booking is cancelled before
the trip start time. The policy can't be cancelled once the trip starts.

Coverages
Your MakeMyTrip journey from Mumbai to Goa is now covered by Group Domestic Travel Insurance Policy. Check
everything that is covered along with the exclusions below. We have kept it simple and short, so, it will hardly take
you a few minutes.

This Certificate of Insurance lists the coverage benefits under the Group Domestic Travel Insurance Policy. The
coverage will be valid as per the terms and conditions of the policy document.

What's covered?
Group Domestic Travel Insurance Policy provides extensive coverage for the insured passengers against
unfortunate incidents while on the MakeMyTrip Journey. The following benefits will be applicable when the policy is
active:

If you get injured in an Accident

We will pay a lump sum benefit of up to Rs. 6,00,000 if you get injured and it leads to
death or permanent total/partial disability within 365 days from the date of the
accident.

If you get hospitalized during the trip

We will cover the cost of medical bills of up to Rs. 75,000 in case you are hospitalized
or avail day care treatment for an injury due to an accident while on the trip.

NOT COVERED: Hospitalization charges are not covered for any kind of pre- existing
medical conditions.

If you lose your personal belongings

We will pay up to Rs. 5,000 if you lose your personal belongings during the bus
journey.

NOT COVERED: Loss of personal belongings is not covered if confiscated by the

police or any public authority. Loss of Baggage and Personal Effects does not cover
any Valuables, Money, Securities, Jewellery, Tickets and Electronic items. It provides
cover only for loss or complete damage of the items, and not any partial damage.
NOTE: FIR will be necessary in case of Loss of personal belongings.

Hospital allowance if you're hospitalized

We will pay Rs. 500 allowance every day for a maximum of 5 days in case you are
hospitalized due to an accident during your trip.Minimum 24 Hrs of Hospitalization is
required.
