Competence and impartiality in telling the truth

Birth certificate's competence and impartiality in telling the truth all depends on the
declaration of the physician or midwife in attendance at birth or either parent of the newborn
child. Even though a birth certificate is an example of a primary source, sometimes it could
contain errors, for example, having a wrong gender or typographical error. These errors occur at
the hospital when writing it fast. These errors could affect the competence of the birth certificate.
Philippine statistics authority (psa) they defined "Birth certificate" As to either the original
document or a certified true copy of or representation of the original record of birth document.
Meaning, the basis of its confidential information comes from what the witness has seen and en
tried, deemed to be guaranteed authentic and credible, for the falsification and fabrication of
these information equates to heavy consequences. After taking a look at my PSA issued birth
certificate, i guess it was indeed in luck to see no errors on it. Prior to my conclusion that it has
no errors, i have consulted the opinion of my parents, particularly my mother, who was with the
doctor who helped her give birth. She made me ascertained that there were no errors in all of the
information noted on the certificate as she continued to explain how she felt and what was the
scenario pre and post birth.

Willingness in the truth

Since the PSA is important to us because it gave us the imformation when we birth.
Given how its competency and impartiality are judged depending on the witness who makes the
accusations, my assessment of their desire to speak the truth is dubious. Given that falsifying
information that leads to one's unique identification is punishable, we may deduce that the
particulars recorded in their records are truthful and genuine.

Adequacy of data that it conveys

The adequacy of data in the birth certificate is very neat and clean. The data inside of the
birth certificate is uniformly indicated and well written based on the witness of my birth. We just
needed a birth certificate to be citizens of the same nation. This is quite strong in order to have
proof, especially as we grow older, since this will be data that is sent to many individuals or
company. This is suffrage and the only criteria we utilize in our daily lives.

What other sources do you have at home do you think you can corroborate with your birth
certificate? What corroboration did you establish?
The other sources that I can corroborate with my birth certificate is my  School Records,
School Id, Phil Health Card, Baranggay Clearance and Pag Ibig  because it contains almost the
same information in Birth certificate. The corroboration that establish this source is by the
evidence of the witness and the real involve person.
