1 for KingFisher instruments

This software version has the following known issues:

Running two or more BindIt instances simultaneously


It is not recommended to work simultaneously on the same BindIt session with two or more BindIt
instances.

Automation Interface
Automation Interface is delivered on the BindIt Software installation media. If you want to use Automation
Interface please contact your local Thermo Fisher Scientific representative.

Aborting the run


You can stop the process at any time by clicking Abort. If you have aborted the current run by pressing the
Stop button on the instrument, you also have to click Abort in the software.

KingFisher and KingFisher mL out of memory error


If you get out of memory error message while transferring protocols to the instrument, press the Stop
button twice on the instrument to clear the error. Make sure to reconnect the instrument. 

Maximum number of protocol steps


It is recommended that a protocol does not contain over 50 steps. If more steps are used, you may
experience software performance problems.
