B2B (Business to Business) This is a relatively new model in Vietnam, but it will bring

significant business development potential for Vietnamese enterprises and manufacturers

in the near future.
The B2B model usually takes place mainly on the business website
A restaurant that I know applies B2B like this: they find a retailer on an e-commerce site to
buy watermelons. Businesses sell this watermelon they sell to buyers for continue
business. Businesses that provide services and goods to 3rd parties through the internet
such as users, retailers, etc. v. . Will sell in bulk at a discounted price, and then the
restaurant will sell those watermelons in some form to the consumer. It helps businesses
save time, money and make business more efficient. On the other hand, it helps to increase
cooperation opportunities between businesses.
B2C (Business to Customer) is a form of business from business to customer. As the
example above, All transactions become simple, just need to connect to the Internet,
customers can order watermelon, order food, reserve a table. . . On the website at the
restaurant, individuals will purchase goods for their own consumption. Consumers have
many shopping options, no travel time. Especially in the season covid B2C becomes more
popular, restaurants apply online apps such as grab, now, beam, etc. . To sell products and
customers to limit going out, transactions also become more convenient.
C2C (Consumer to Consumer) is an e-commerce transaction model between buyers and
sellers using a 3rd platform through the Internet to generate profits, in which individual
buyers and sellers are both customers use different ways to buy and sell products
themselves, not the business.
For example, a customer buys the wrong dish at a restaurant or convenience store, the
customer can use a 3rd platform through the Internet to sell the food they just bought to
another customer in need.
