attract customers, but Sheraton has more services for customers to
choose from than Rex and Caravelle. Rex is built older and the
equipment is not as modern as the Caravelle and Sheraton. The pool
is small and the space is not quiet. According to customer reviews
with these 3 hotels, Sheraton is rated higher for the quality of
service that they provide.

among enterprises in the market economy. The hotel business is no exception. To sustain
and develop in that environment, the first job for hotels in general and Sheraton Saigon
in particular is to build for themselves an ambitious business management strategy.
