) The principal is putting the blame on teachers because of poor assessment

scores of students.

We should stop blaming teachers because it’s not always their fault. The failure of
a student’s academic performance should not directly blame to them. If I will be
end up in this kind of situation I will talk to the principle in a good manner that we
did our best and followed the curriculum so that the students have all necessary
information during the year. To avoid such scenarios. As a future educator, I will
make sure that all my students have no failing grades and if they have a low grade I
will motivate them to study harder.

2.) A co-teacher puts the blame on the administration for the negative reputation of
the school.

3.) A parent blames the teachers because her child could still not read.

I notice in our generation today that teachers are always blamed by parents because
of the failure of their children. First of all, it’s not their fault because as we all
know Teachers are just a small portion of a child's overall learning environment.
We are not the world; we do not and cannot contain any of it. If I ever end up in
this kind of situation, I seem to have difficulty explaining in front of the parent but
no matter what happens I can still handle it. It would be an excellent opportunity
for me and the parent to address and discover the true issues that exist. It may be
that a child's environment at home. I will also tell to the parent that Parents must
play an active role in ensuring their children's academic success. That is not by
nagging, forcing, or putting pressures which are ineffective in the long run for the
child.
