1. Be careful with tools that may cause short circuits.

 2. Use anti – static wrist straps.
3. Use anti – static mats.
4. Shutting down the computer and making sure it is plugged off.
5. Take off any metal accessories such as rings or earrings on your body.
6. Hold the parts on the edges.
7. Discharge body’s static charge before touching any PC components.
8. Focus on the work and don’t eat or drink near the workplace.
9. Wear shoes with rubber when standing on concrete or the ground.
10. Be gentle and don’t use excessive force if components won’t go in.
