The document briefly describes the business use case, the goals of the business use case, the basic
workflow that it presents, follow up with possibilities and risks. Finally, the document will go over the
process owner information and some special requirements of the use case. There is no alternative flow for
this use case.

2. Business Use-Case Name

2.1 Brief Description
The timetable is necessary for every student whenever they finished registering courses. The main duty of
this business use-case is to display to students the course schedules of those they have registered, when it
starts and ends, along with tutor name & course code.

The timetable needs to be clear to look at. Courses which are placed close to each other must be easy for
user to distinguish between them, along with course name.

The student requests a timetable view after he or she has registered courses, which includes course name,

- The registered courses might not appear even after course registration has been saved if the
courses are from the following semester but the current semester is not over yet.
- Difficult to update the actual end time of semesters, leading to incorrect end time of courses.

- The timetable can be integrated into a web interface such as the university website

The education management department will be in charge of this business process. They work on collecting
registered courses from students and print them into the timetable for student to see.

The timetable will only appear to student after they have finished course registering.

The timetable needs to show all the course registered with correct schedule and date.
