Governor Noem has signed Executive Order 2021-15, dated December 1, 2021. The Order extends the timeframe during
which hay haulers may move hay, as originally extended by Executive Order 2021-13, which expired on November 30, 2021.
This Order will expire upon the cessation of the drought emergency or by February 28, 2022.

12-8-2021 Department of Health: Amend rules to require that no medical abortions by use of mifepristone and
misoprostol be conducted except in a licensed abortion facility, with an observation period; that the
pregnant woman be informed that if she changes her mind and decides to carry the baby to term, the
effects of the medications maybe reversable; and that abortion facilities collect and maintain certain
information; 48 SDR 57, November 15, 2021.
