(1) Comparing the physical model, write the transmission route of the main shaft of
the CA6140 lathe.

(2) Compare the physical model, find out the M1 and M2 clutches in the main shaft
transmission route of the CA6140 lathe, and explain their respective functions.
(3) Observe the guide rails of different lathes in the laboratory, and draw the typical
cross-sectional shapes of several machine tool guides.

(4) Comparing the physical model, draw the motion diagram of the CA6140 lathe
spindle speed control mechanism.

(5) Contrasting with the physical model, draw the parts drawing of the main shaft of
the CA6140 lathe (without marking the size and accuracy), and explain the type of the
front and rear bearings of the main shaft.

(3) Prepare the process card of the gear shaft and attach it to the blank page after printing.
(4) Select a process in the gear shaft process card to prepare and complete the
processing process card, and print it and attach it to the blank page.
