Installation manual
This manual is made considering that the cell is already being place and correctly anchored to
the floor. Is strongly recommended to use all the protection equipment necessary for this job.
First, unwrap the entire system and check if the cables, the robots, curtains, and all the system
is in correct state, that means that the cables are not cut, the curtains are not damaged, etc.
Present all the cables to ensure that they reach the correct position where they suppose to be,
if the cables are shorted than expected they have to be replaced, present each cable according
to the trajectory they have to take, check the following cables:
• Curtains
• HMI
• Ethernet
• Table servomotor
• Fixture id cable A
• Fixture id cable B
• Security door
• Stacking light
• Jet back
Install the curtains in their correct place using the master print that is placed in the main cabinet
in the back door, this master print has all the information and were the curtains should be
placed. The light curtains and their cable has their code in a label, so it is easy to match the
cables.
Also install the HMI in the correct place with both cables, HMI cable and Ethernet cable. Then
install the door security lock, the door sensor and the stack light.
Connect all the cables and enclose them to the aluminum profile, the main idea of this is to
prevent that the cables stay in the floor and prevent an accident. Remember to connect all the
cables listed below:
• Curtains
• HMI
• Ethernet
• Table servomotor
• Fixture id cable A
• Fixture id cable B
• Security door
• Stacking light
• Jet back
At the end if the table is well aligned proceed to mark the correct place for the supports of the
table, in order to place them where they have to be.
In the next page there is a checking list to ensure that all the parts are being correctly installed.
