BUDGET MESSAGE

Gentlemen and Ladies:

May I submit the proposed Annual Barangay Budget for Fiscal Year 2021 of
Barangay Magsaysay, Bulan, Sorsogon for both General Fund and Operation of
our barangay.

The 2021 Annual Barangay Budget of Barangay Magsaysay, Bulan,

Sorsogon totals P 3,131,858.80. It is divided into major allocations, to wit:

Day Care Services P 25,200.00

Health & Nutrition Services 75,600.00
Peace and Order Services 84,000.00
Administrative and Legislative Services 1,200,132.90
20% Development Projects 622,379.20
10% SK Projects 313,185.88
5 % Activity for Unforseen Events 156,592.94
Other Services 654,767.88
TOTAL P 3,131,858.80

The formulation of Annual Development Plan and Annual Investment Plan

was actively prepared together with Sangguniang Barangay Members, some
organization both religious and civic and the general public. Our prioritized
programs, projects and activities (PPA) contained in Barangay Development Plan to
guarantee that the peoples will benefit more and to ensure that it will answer the
demands of our constituents by providing their basic needs and services.

This proposed annual budget manifest our determination to lay a strong

foundation for a greater and progressive community. Let us join our hands
together as we go about our mission of providing a brighter future to our
constituents.
