Greetings!

The Sitio Daan na Visita Youth and Parent Organization and in cooperation with the
Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay San Francisco this municipality is this year’s sponsored for
Sitio Daan na Visita Fiesta on October 3-4, 2018 in Honor of our Patron Saint San Francisco de
Assisi.

The highlights of this momentous event are the Search for Miss Daan na Visita, Bingo
Social, socio-cultural activities and other various religious activities.

The barangay councils and residents of Sitio Daan na Visita, Barangay San Francisco,
Bulan, Sorsogon would humbly request from your good office for a permit to conduct a
cockfight (Tupada) within the vicinity of Sitio Daan na Visita every Saturday of September 2018
until October 2 and 3, 2018 in connection for upcoming sitio’s/barangay fiesta;

The proceeds of the said undertaking will be used for the repair and improvement of
our Chapel.

will be holding Search for Miss Daan na Visita 2018, and Bingo Social 2018. This year’s
sponsored is the Daan na Visita Youth and Parent Organization (DNV-YPO) in cooperation with
the Sangguniang Barangay.

The scheduled activities will never be successfully realized without the involvement of
the different sectors of our community as well as the support and generosity of individuals
willing to be part of this celebration.

financial assistance or in kind to be given to the lucky winners for said Search and Bingo social.

Barbodo Streets and Sitio Daan na Visita, of Barangay San Francisco this municipality is
comprising of ____________ households are in need for water system and water line
distribution that can supply potable water system to the constituents.

Recently Sitio Daan na Visita has existing water pump in the area but this no longer
operational and the barangay government of San Francisco has insufficient fund to provide the
water line distribution in order to sustain the daily basic needs of the residents.

For several years, the residents of Barbodo Street and Sitio Daan na Visita has no
available potable water facilities in their respective households, by providing us this mentioned
projects will surely help the constituents realize their long time dream and will surely help them
strive a better and progressive community;

In view of this we the undersigned would humbly request from your good office for
financial assistance for the construction of water system and water line distribution from
Purok Barbodo to Sitio Daan na Visita.
