STATE OF THE EXISTING POWERPLANT

During the recent Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) Compliance

Officers (WCO) Summit 2021, the 150-megawatt renewable energy power producer
located in this northern gateway of Luzon ranked second in the wind category. The 150-
megawatt renewable energy power generator located in this northern gateway of Luzon
placed second in the wind category during the recent Wholesale Electricity Spot Market
(WESM) Compliance Officers (WCO) Summit 2021. The country's largest renewable
energy producer, First Gen-owned Energy Development Corporation (EDC), was
honored for its Burgos wind farm's excellent compliance with spot market standards

For Health and Safety of the Wind Power Plant:

The organization proactively controls health and safety and has a health and
safety program in place. The goal is to have zero incidences each year. As a result,
EBWPC and its contractors have a spotless health and safety record. There have been
no fatalities or missed time injuries since the project was approved in 2015. On June 26,
2014, the most recent occurrence occurred when he sustained a hand injury.

For Air Quality of the Wind Power Plant:

The backup generators are subjected to annual emissions testing by EBWPC.

The wind farm is where you'll find this location. This testing is done by a third party not
affiliated with the company. The emissions are within national emission limits.

For Turbine Noise of the Wind Power Plant:

Noise monitoring should be carried out monthly at seven places on the outskirts
of the town of the wind turbine farm.  There are no noise violations at low wind speeds.
Excessive wind speeds, on the other hand, have been reported. Environmental factors
such as rustling trees, insects, animals, humans, and automobiles are to blame. Some
monitoring locations may be too close to turbines and may not adequately reflect noise
levels at the nearest receptor, according to the 2019 Extended Annual Review Report
(XARR) mission.

Nonetheless, some short-term noise levels exceedances due to wind turbines

appear to be possible. More extended monitoring periods may yield more accurate
results. Furthermore, no community complaints about turbine noise have been received.
EBWPC is currently doing additional noise research and potential mitigation strategies.

For Bird and Bat Strike of the Wind Power Plant:

Bird and bat strike monitoring is done every day as part of security patrols, and
the data are reported to the DENR every quarter. There have been no vulnerable or
endangered species discovered since 2015.
