Activity No. 1: Picture Analysis

1. What was the first form of life?
 Its prokaryotes
2. When in Earth’s history did life develop?
 4.5 billion years ago
3. How long did it take for complex life to develop?
 It appears that simple cells rise to complex once, just once in 4billion years
of evolution
Activity No. 2: Be a Trackway Detective
1. How many individual animals were here?
 There are 6 animals. 5 adults and one young.
2. Did the animal that left the red tracks move on two or four limbs?
 Move on two (2) limbs.
3. Can you determine whether any dinosaurs were running? Why or why not?
 No, I can’t see nothing because there is not enough information that there is
a trace of dinosaur.
4. Which animal walked across the area first? How do you know?
 A animal with the black tracks wherein other animals tracks is imprinted
over it.
5. Did the animals that left the yellow tracks travel together?

 Absolutely yes, because they are very close together.


6. Why are the yellow tracks two different sizes? What made the larger
tracks? What made the smaller tracks?
 It is an adult and a young one wherein they travelled together. The adult had
a bigger tracks and the young one had a smaller tracks.
7. How many different animals were here?
 There are 5 different animals.
8. Can you tell whether or not the animals were here at the same time? Why
or why not?
 I only know is the animals left the tracks, but I don’t know how much time it
took for others animals to leave their tracks.

Activity No. 3: Linking lesson to real-life


1. What do you see on the bread? Describe in one sentence.
 I see molds, MOLDS.
2. What do you think brought them there?
 Bread molds grow because of the rich organic materials found in it. They
grow from tiny spores that float around in the air. When some of these
spores fall onto a piece of damp food or other materials, they grow into.
