Speaker 1 (00:00):

So good evening, we have a total. Yes. And, um, I'm representing startup coffee and I'll be asking some
questions about Tata coffee and its conception about [inaudible]. And, uh, so there we go. So I told her,
what is your take on coffee?

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Uh, I think coffee is quite a good beverage and we consume coffee because, because it refresh senses
and, uh, you know, our mood basically. And, uh, all those things, uh, it's basically the way it is consumed.
It just lightens your mood and makes your day basically that's it.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
And however you view coffee as part of your life.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
Well, generally coffee is not such a big part of my life because I am more of a tea user, but I do consume
coffee, uh, time to time. Whenever I feel down, I would, I generally like to consume coffee. Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
So how many times do you think you can do them coffee or drink coffee in a day?

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Well, generally I usually can consume coffee only once a day when I wake up and, uh, during the first
time to get a kick out a kickstart or for my day. Uh, yeah. So that's it.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
And what type of corporate deals in the Liquin zoo and why can you please elaborate on that?

Speaker 2 (01:30):
Uh, I'm more of a sweet tooth, so I generally can consume the most common type of coffee, which is
sweet hot coffee. Uh, I don't like black coffee or, uh, bitter coffee, as you can say, I generally just
consume, uh, hot coffee and sometimes when I go out, I like to try cold coffee also, but it has to be
sweet,

Speaker 1 (01:54):
So. Okay. And can you tell the reason why they would drink coffee, any specific trigger that leads you to
consume coffee? Although you drink one once a day. So any specific trigger in the morning?

Speaker 2 (02:08):
Yeah, so I'm a very, uh, kind of like a soul person who wakes up in the morning in a, not so good mood.
And whenever I try coffee, especially in the morning, it just gives me that energy, which I required to get
out of bed and start doing some work. So it works like that. If I drink coffee during the day or evening, it
doesn't have that effect on me that it does during the morning. So that's the main reason for me. I
consume coffee in the first place because it's, it gives the, uh, you know, energy that,
Speaker 1 (02:49):
So. And how does it make you feel after consuming it?

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Well, in one word, if I could say I, it makes me feel energized and other than that, uh, it also gives me a
good feeling after I drink coffee, I generally feel positive. So that's it.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
So have you ever heard of, of coffee and if you have, uh, what comes to your mind when you think of
that?

Speaker 2 (03:15):
Well, I have heard of tophi and, uh, to be honest, I think I have consumed it too before. And, uh, when
you think about Tata coffee, you, you basically, Tata is not that company, which you can relate with
coffee or any type of beverages. So it's a bit unorthodox maybe, or maybe out of the box, you can say
for tartar due to something like that in beverage sector. So I think it's very unique of that or to, you
know, and get sand into the beverage sector.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
So why do you think you started that data? Isn't so, you know, [inaudible], isn't so visible in the market
with other brands, for example, Nescafe,

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Well, if I hadn't consumed Tata coffee, I wouldn't be able to, you know, even know that it exists because
I haven't seen any advertisement or any, uh, you know, any billboards or any, uh, any ad related to Tata
coffee. So if you ask any, any other person who hasn't consumed, I, I would, I would say that he wouldn't
be able to even believe that data is consuming, um, you know, entering the coffee or beverage markets.
So, yeah, I don't think they are working too hard on, uh, promoting it or advertising it. That's why

Speaker 1 (04:40):
You have made previous purchases of coffee, right? Yeah. So what are the factors, do you think that that
has led you to buy a coffee product?

Speaker 2 (04:51):
Uh, to be honest, I'm a very medium kind of purchaser of coffee. So whenever I look for coffee, I like, I
liked to be the quality to be Supreme, because I'm not much of a regular user. If you, if you ask any
regular user, he would, I think he would consume any kind of coffee available, but I like my coffee to be
of a certain quality. So I usually purchase the premium quality or type of coffee. And whenever I go to
supermarket or mall or any kind of, uh, places where coffee is available. So that's it.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
So earlier you said that you had consumed at a coffee one, so they have not bought the product yet. So
what do you think Dr. Coffee can do better? You can tell one or two points that we can do better than
other, other, uh, dice, whether it be about the quality or be about the marketing strategy or the usability
of the product in the market. One or two points regarding that
Speaker 2 (05:50):
As far as quality is concerned, I think data is doing pretty good. I consumed it and I quite like the coffee.
Uh, it didn't feel, uh, Subpart the quality was very premium. Although I think, uh, it can be a little better
there's room for improvement. Uh, it is not the Supreme coffee with wood, I would say. So there's
there's room for improvement, but I think there is a lot of improvement room for improvement in the
marketing of data coffee, because I haven't seen, like I said earlier, I haven't seen them doing much of a
job on promoting it hard. Like you can say, like Nescafe do and other coffee brands there, they promote
it on a very large basis. So Titus would work on that item.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
Now you had already given an idea to me about the choice of product premium or a budget coffee
product. So, but I'm still going to ask you your choice. In one words, do you like premium product or
coffee or any budget that neglect consumer buy?

Speaker 2 (07:03):
I think I have made it quite clear. Like I am a premium consumer. I'm not a very regular consumer. That's
why I liked my coffee to be of premium quality because it doesn't hamper my, you know, monthly
budget or any kind of budget. It doesn't affect. But if I was a regular user, I'd definitely go for something
more on the budget line. But for me, I'm more of a premium user

Speaker 1 (07:29):
And in your family and do the, are there any in the regular consumer budget consumer? I mean, what
kind of coffee do they consume?

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Well, in my family, only my brother consumes coffee and he's more of a budget user. He consumes any
kind of coffee and usually consumes Nescafe only. And, uh, he's quite a frequent user actually drinks two
or three times during the day. So there's a difference in, you know, his coffee consumption,
consumption behavior and my coffee consumption behavior.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
So one of the last few questions that have come to now dealing like consuming coffee at home, or do
you like go out and consume coffee since you already said that you consume coffee at breakfast now in
breakfast, generally people consume coffee at all. So whenever, I mean, if you go out the evening or
then Dr. North in the night, so do like depends him coffee with anything. For example, you visit any
restaurants, these fast food restaurants, you consume coffee there for you prefer the homemade coffee.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Well, I would like to answer this question in two parts. Actually, if the coffee is a hot coffee is as far as
the hot coffee is concerned, I like that to be during my breakfast time to give me that energy and
kickstart. But I generally like to consume the cold coffee only in restaurants, because it gives me a very,
you know, uh, uh, uh, social status kind of feeling that I'm drinking cold coffee. Uh, so, uh, and it looks
good. I post a picture of different cold coffees with different designs. So when cold coffee is concerned,
I'd definitely like to go up and when hot sweet coffee is concerned, I like to consume in my, in my home.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
So, which do you prefer? Cold coffee or hot coffee? Taste-wise quality.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
I think if I have to get up and give a final version, I would say hot coffee, definitely in my bed. Okay.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Okay. Any, so any final thoughts, any final thoughts on the coffee, Tata or coffee product in general? Any
thoughts?

Speaker 2 (09:37):
Well, I think if data we'll do a little better job on the marketing, I think it can compete too, even Nescafe,
which has a very strong hold on the coffee market. So, because Stata is such a big brand, I, I do know
that they will never compromise on the quality of their product. It's just that more people needs to be
aware of it. That's

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Okay. So thank you for today. Thank you for your time and your thoughts on coffee and Tata coffee in
general. And so, yeah, that is it. Thank you very much.
