Personal Skills

According to the study Bolarinwa & Okolocha (2016), while there is no one "correct"
combination of skills for becoming a successful entrepreneur, some broad qualities and practical
skills will assist to achieve success. Farmers may obtain an idea of how well this line of work will
suit with their personalities by assessing their own personal weaknesses and strengths and
comparing them to those of the average entrepreneur.
Interpersonal Skills
Interpersonal skills develop active listening and sympathetic listening with what others are trying
to say in relation to the capacity to communicate effectively in order to sell a future vision to
investors, potential customers, members, and others. These are required for effective
negotiation that resolves interpersonal conflicts in a constructive, mutually beneficial manner.
Farmers must encourage themselves if they want to be successful. It is stated in a related study
by Bolarinwa & Okolocha (2016) that if they want to achieve success, they must inspire
themselves. Farmers should keep in mind that true self-motivation comes from within, not from
beyond. As long as the want is powerful enough, a strong desire that originates from within will
work for them. To resist scrutiny, opposition, difficulties, barriers, and just plain old issues, the
motivations to succeed must be very strong.
Critical and Creative Thinking Skills
Creativity and Innovation is a skill that can be learned if one is willing to put in the effort and
time. Entrepreneurs in the creative sectors, according to the related study of Bolarinwa &
Okolocha (2016), must be able to prioritize views above data. Creativity, on the other hand, is a
talent that can be learned if one is willing to put in some effort and tim.e  Farmers must come up
with new ideas and make sound decisions regarding possibilities and possible activities in order
to succeed as entrepreneurs.
Practical Skills
Bolarinwa & Okolocha (2016) concluded that practical skills and knowledge are required to
efficiently manufacture services or goods and govern a business. It can be learned from people
who have worked on tasks comparable to the ones a farmers is considering, or anyone who's
been there and is ready to train. Farmers  may also prefer to work for other business to learn
more about a certain endeavor.
