preventive treatment of disease, and

OBJECTIVES OF CHN
 To participate in the development of an over-all health plan for the community
and its implementation and evaluation
 To provide quality nursing services to individuals, families, and communities
utilizing as basis, the standards set for the chn practice.
 To coordinate nursing services with various members of the health team,
community leaders and significant others, government and non-government
agencies/organization in achievening the aims of public health services within the
community
 To participate in and or conduct researches relevant to community health and
community health nursing services and disseminate their results for improvement
of healthcare
 To provide community health nursing personnel with oppurtunities for continuing
education and professional growth through staff and development.
