PK: Hello good evening, I want to welcome you all to our first team kickoff meeting for Hire

and Seek:
Website for Freelance Worker. I am Patricia Kyle E. Navarro and I’ll be the project manager for this
project.

PK: Didiscuss ko yung agenda natin for today’s meeting para alam nyo yung gagawin natin ngayon araw.
First off, we will introduce ourself first and maybe what is your forte in IT field. Then we will discuss
what will be the project’s overview wherein dedescribe natin yung project’s goals and objective and
expected outcomes ng project. Sunod ay yung scope, paguusapan natin kung ano yung magiging sakop
ng project and ano yung hindi kabilang. Sunod ay yung project timeline. Sunod ay yung possible risk and
assumptions na pwede natin maencounter. And lastly, we are going to talk about any questions or kung
may concern kayo tungkol sa project. So ayun let’s start.

 INTRODUCE (NAME, AGE, LOC, FORTE SA IT FIELD)

PK: Now that we’ve introduced ourselves let’s start the discussion. Let’s look at our project overview. As
our vision stated, our goal to create a platform for freelancers that will enable them to explore economic
opportunities locally. As a result, freelancers can they can offer their services and support themselves to
reach for the financial security and work satisfaction that they deserve.

What we will do to achieve that is to create a reliable online marketplace where freelancers can offer
their services to potential customers can browse and purchase services that they need.

Sino yung Target Audience natin?

- ANS: magfocus muna tayo sa local, -paki lawakan yung sagot-

So what’s the reason bakit tayo nagimplement ng ganitong project? Why did we choose this topic
instead na ibang cluster?

- ANS: Isip ng sasagot

Our project is focus sa business cluster, tapos ngayon pandemic tapos halos lahat ay parang
naeencourage na mag trabaho sa bahay since marami silang time and need ng iba ng pagkakabusyhan
however meron din iba gusto mapabilis kaya in need sila sa service ng iba. So with this kumikita na sila
ng pera, may chance pa na lumawak yung skills nila.
What’s the reason bakit tayo nagimplement ng ganitong project? Why did we choose this topic instead
na ibang cluster?

- Also, In terms kung magkakaroon man tayo ng competitor, wala pa naman nag iimplement ng
ganitong website locally, siguro approach palang natin ay around bataan muna since we are
starting palang. Pag lumaki na saka natin I-widen yung project.

Next is Project Scope… ano sa tingin nyo magiging sakop ng project natin?

• Develop a website where freelancers can offer their services and users/potential clients can
browse and purchase services.

• Create a verification system for customers and freelancers to avoid false identity.

• Create a feature where customers and freelancers can message each other and bind contract
agreements.

• Create a rating system for high rated services and a comment section for available freelance
services.

• Create a categories feature where services are categorized and a search feature for services.

• This website will only support local users.

• This website will only be available via web browsers.

Our Project is a 5 month long with a budget of 50,000 siguro dyan papasok yung mga third party device
na gagamitin natin.

Ano sa tingin nyo yung magiging threat sa pag gawa ng proj natin?

Oct 10, 2021 – Oct 10 nakapagplan na tayo ng gagawin natin na project we are also able to create our
wireframe and sitemap

November 11 2021 – By Nov 11, we must start with our design phase, wherein nakapagpresentna tayo
ng mock ups, para mameet yung goal ng website

December 31 2021 – Pag na approve na yung design momove on tayo sa development stage, December
31 dito na tayo magprproduce ng website

January 21 2022 – By January 21 our project will undergo into testing, eensure natin na nagpeperform
ng maayos yung website and if ready na ideply

February 02 2022 – If nagpeperform nan ang maayos pwede na sya ideploy and as time comes chcheck
natin and maguundergo tayo sa nxt update.

Ngayon alam nyo na yung ibang key milestones ng project natin, present ko na yung team members and
ano yung responsibilities natin, ako Patricia Kyle Navarro as project manager I’ll take over sa planning,
executing, monitor, control sa project. Jim Lourdy Manrique as our back end developer, sya yung bahala
sa pag build and maintain ng website,

Razel Ruegas being our front end developer sya yung mag ooptimize ng experience ng ating user. Razel
ikaw bahala sa pagdevelop and maintain ng magiging UI ng website.

And John Carlo Saez as our software tester, sya yung mag rereview ng software requirements and
prepare test scenarios, magexecute ng test sa usability ng tester, iaanalyze nya din yung result on
database impacts, and chchceck nya kung may error/ bugs sa software and by that magprprepare din
sya ng reports.

-Nakaseparate na yung role natin however we wil still work together para maging successful yung
outcome ng project natin.
