Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist organisation in preparing relevant content to deliver to the students.
2. Taking classes of the students for the respective subjects.
3. Recognize the potential problems of the students and counsel accordingly.
4. Analyze the academic requirements of a student and deal with the queries of the
parents.
5. Help standardize the quality of education for the students.
6. Take active part in the hiring and imparting training to tutors.
7. Work collaboratively with the organization to achieve the set goals.

Desired candidates profile:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in the respective subjects.
2. 1+ years of experience in the Academic field.
3. Excellent communication and managing skills.
4. Must be experienced in interacting with the students and parents.
