These two characteristics enable me in improving and strengthening my abilities as a great person. It develops and adapts me to be one of those people who can be fair in a variety of scenarios or circumstances. As a leader, it provides me or enhances my capacity to help people like I love sharing my thoughts and concepts that could help educate them a bit of wisdom or develop a plan to achieve in life, and as a follower, it allows me to be a better person through with their experiences and also offers me insights. 2. In the question, does the vision make the leader? Or does the leader make the vision? Do you agree that vision comes first? Discuss your answer. For me, a leader must first create a vision from which others can be inspired. A solid and uplifting vision provides an aspirational future as well as aim and purpose. Vision is an important step in becoming a better person because it can help for both short and long-term ambitions, as well as guiding the moral choices you make along the way. If a leader has a vision and believes in what he is doing, it gives his followers a reason to look forward and see the bright side of things. An effective vision encourages people to make bold changes and to believe that they can make a real difference in the world.
