while trying to ask some of my classmates and close friends what characteristics they recognize in me, I
noticed their own honesty and genuineness while describing all of my personality traits, and I realized
that I genuinely have friends who know, recognize, and really know of who i am.

After getting introduced to The Johari Window Model I was able to fully understand the idea behind The
Johari Window Model after being educated to it. Basically, it becomes a mirror into one's personality.
This assessment has helped me in determining how I receive and deliver feedback, as well as how it
affects my socializing.

Despite the fact that I believe we all use and function in all four corners, the hidden/facade is the one
that best characterizes me. My results also helped me better understand how people perceive me and
how I may fully use this  to improve how I connect with others and my interpersonal relationships. It
also symbolizes you to the rest of humanity and makes it absolutely transparent who you are.

Although I believe the function in all four quadrants when communicating with others, I find the open
Open/ Arena to be more positive. That's because it's where I usually do my best by developing and
communicating. It is also lacking of mistrust, conflict, and misunderstanding to others. I was
overwhelmed by some of their responses in the Blind Spot. Because I am blind to my ignorance. To
improve my self-awareness, I also sought comments from others. There are times that I am not aware
but can be relayed to someone by their responses. There is always something about myself that being
unaware of what others seen in my life. As an example of my Pure Altruism that an act motivated solely
by concern for others, which can result in self-sacrifice altruism and also cause a loss or risk to myself,
and being selflessness is a public of being unconcerned with my own needs because I am completely
devoted to an altruistic cause to others that is near and dear to my heart.
