Worksheet for Tracking Progress

INSTRUCTIONS

Keep your action plans on track by monitoring and assessing the progress of your unit on action plan
objectives and performance measures.

1. Check in informally with employees. As you check in informally with team members, what issues have
you uncovered? How will you address them?

Are people getting the resources they need?

What, if anything, is blocking progress?
