The first party promises and states that it will provide fees to the second party
with the following conditions :

- The first Party will provide a commission to second party as intermediari of

3% (three percent).
- This commission is issued afer disbursement of swift 760 Bank Guarantee
from M S Word FZ LLE with PD DEDI LOGAM JAYA.
- This commission issued in accordance with Mutual Joint venture agreement
