PEACE AGREEMENT LETTER

Tangerang, we the undersigned :

In this case acting as Attorney for M. RAMZI BOES

EFFENDI based on Power of Attorney No.
014/SK.Nonlit/MAA/II/2023 dated 7 February 2023,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

II. Name : SOBAR PERICLES

Position : Director PT Adi Consulting
Address : PPHUI building, 2nd Floor - Suite 210, Jl.
H.R. Rasuna Said Kav. C 22 – Jakarta
Selatan;

In terms of acting for and on behalf of PT Adi

Consulting as Employer, hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY.

Together, they are referred to as THE PARTIES.

Previously both parties in their respective positions above

agreed to settle the Dispute on Termination of Employment
(PHK) unilaterally by PT Adi Consulting, for the resolution
of the problem Both parties agreed on the following
matters;

1. That the FIRST PARTY agreed to make peace with the

Second Party to resolve Disputes on Termination of
Employment (PHK);

2. Whereas the Termination of Employment (PHK) has been

carried out, the SECOND PARTY agreed and agreed to pay
compensation for wage payments calculated from wages
for February 2023 to August 2023 with a total of Rp.
494,296,478, - and the FIRST PARTY agrees to receive
compensation for payment of wages provided by the
SECOND PARTY above.
 3. That the SECOND PARTY agrees and agrees to pay wage
compensation as stated in number 2 (two) within a
maximum period of 10 (ten) days after the signing of
this peace agreement.

4. Whereas with the provision of compensation, the legal

relationship between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND
PARTY is considered to have ended. The payment is
transferred to the BCA Bank account number 375-134-
5711 on behalf of M. RAMZI BOES EFFENDI.

5. That THE PARTIES AGREE not to carry out any Lawsuits

both in Criminal, Civil and Employment terms for the
Termination of Employment (PHK) mentioned above,
including there will be no billing claims to the
SECOND PARTY or the SECOND PARTY's clients.

Thus this peace agreement letter was made and signed by

both parties consciously and without coercion or pressure
from any party. After both Parties agree and sign this
Agreement, the Original of this Agreement is made in 2
(two) copies and will be Warmeking by a Notary. So that
each of these agreements has the same legal force and is
legally binding.
