AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE AT RAWALPINDI ON THIS 4th DAY OF FEB 2023

BETWEEN
Mr. Muhammad Shahzad S/o Muhammad Rasheed Khan CNIC No.82302-2408090-7, having address at
_____________________District: Punch (herein after called “Party A” which expression where the context
so admits shall include and means its heirs, successors-in-interest, legal representatives and assigns).
….AND…. Muhammad Kamran Munawar s/o Muhammad Munawar Resident of Ministry of Defence, Flat
No 77/06, Sarwar Road Rawalpindi holding CNIC No. 42301-9533765-1 (Herein after called the “Party B”)
which expression where the context so admits shall include and means its heirs, successors-in-interest, legal
representatives, and assigns).

o Whereas, Party A has this day on signing of this agreement received an amount of PKR 24000/-
(Pak Rupees Twenty Four Thousand Only) as loan from Party B on 04-02-2023.
o That Party-A hereby admits/acknowledges the loan receipts from Party-B for purchase of Motorbike
and also agrees and acknowledges to return back all the loan amount of Rs.24000/- to Party-B in
eight (08) equal monthly installments (i.e. Rs3000/- per month) till 30-09-2023.
o That Party-A assures to deposit installment amount of Rs.3000/- on monthly basis in the A/c no.
PK57 HABB 0001557000129101 operated in HBL by party-B through bank transfer, failing which
would lead to breach of this agreement and hence, providing leverage to Party-B to claim all
remaining loan amount from Party-A and initiating disciplinary proceeding in case of denial as per
law/rules/regulations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the parties have set their respective hands on this Agreement on the day,
month and year mentioned above.
