    You need use "VCE Player" software to run .vce format file on Windows OS.

    1. Download "VCE Player" software from http://itexamquiz.com/app/VCEPlayer.zip


    2. Extract the "VCEPlayer.zip" file to new folder on your desktop first, and then
    run "player.exe" to add .vce format file.
