Centuries Old Tradition
Excellent academic standards

Ireland has a longstanding reputation for high-quality education which is built on a

solid foundation of commitment to excellence.

We have one of the best education systems in the world and an internationally
renowned reputation for academic success.

Regularly referred to as the land of saints and scholars, Ireland's higher education
institutions are well established in the global ranks for educational excellence.
Internationally recognized qualifications

• Irish qualifications are quality assured by the Irish state agency, Quality and Qualifications
Ireland (QQI).

• This means the institution where you study will be reviewed on an ongoing basis by the Irish
government. Quality assurance ensures all learners have a high quality learning
experience.

• The National Framework of Qualifications in Ireland is compatible with the ENIC-NARIC

(European Network of Information Centres/National Academic Recognitional Information
Centres), which facilitates the recognition of academic qualifications throughout Europe and
internationally in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
