Guidelines for EQ clients’ Free Classes in BCAA

1) Free class is exclusively for Barista 101 only. If the client wished to be part of other regular
and/or short courses, they may use their EQ client discount card.
2) A Certificate of Attendance will be given to attendees who completed four (4) days of
training.
3) Certificate of Training is for those who wish to be evaluated on Day 5. However, an
additional charge of Php 5,000 will be given per issuance of the certificate and clients must
pass the Evaluation Exam on the last day of the course.
4) Client/s and EQ representatives will have to coordinate with Ms. Izza Aguilar, Customer
Service and Marketing Lead regarding the schedule.
5) All B101 schedules will be presented to the client. They can choose from the schedules
presented by Ms. Izza Aguilar. However, once client/s failed to show up on the week of the
class, the slot/s will be considered forfeited.
6) Only the owner and barista staff can avail the slots.
7) The form has to be filled out and forwarded to BCAA through Ms.Izza Aguilar.
8) The following machine/s are the only ones entitled for the class:

All models (2 groups)


Bezzera ( 1 group)

9) Class/es will be conducted in BCAA, San Juan only. Should the client wish to have it in
Regional classes, proper coordination must be relayed with Ms. Izza Aguilar.
