Do hereby state as under:
1. That the property measuring 3600 Sq. Ft. situated at Ashpora Tehsil: Handwara
under Khasra No. 562 is legally and lawfully our joint owned property.
2. That we hereby does permit Mr. Mohd. Rafiq Lone S/o: Late Mohd. Nasrullah Lone
R/o: Ashpora Tehsil: Handwara Distt: Kupwara to enter into a leave and license
agreement with Bharti Infratel Ltd. for installation of tower and equipment required
for running of mobile phone services on the above described joint property, as a
lessor individually.
3. That we have no objection if Mr. Mohd. Rafiq Lone leases out the said joint
property towards Bharto Infratel Ltd. for the above mentioned purpose.
