Mohalla do hereby solemnly declare on oath as under:-

1. That I am the true and absoluteowner of one Residential house situated at

Handwara.
2. That one room of my said house has been occupied by wife namely Khalida
Begum for establishment of Ari Stipple Unit .
3. That the said building is owned and possessed to me and there is no co-sharer of
the said building.
4. That I have no objection if my wife will indebt any financial institution under
any scheme.

residing at Handwara near Jamia Jadeed do hereby solemnly declare
and affirm on oath as under:

That I am constructing a shopping complex cum residential complex in

front of our residential house.

That we will make the roof of the above mentioned complex as “L”
shaped towards my own compound.

That I will not destroy any Govt. or private property during or after the
construction.
