no. 24, Duplex – 1, Rajat Vihar, Sector 62, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar,
Noida, Uttar Pradesh- 201301 aged about 64 years, the Deponent herein, do
hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under:

1. That my father name herein goes under the name of Shamsher Singh
Narwan and also S A Narwan.

2. That Shamsher Singh Narwan and also S A Narwan is one and the
same person.

3. That the above statement is true and correct.
