    I Shubham Mehra son of Shri Harish Chandra Mehra, aged 36 years resident of House no.62
    Sreshtha Vihar, Delhi-110092 do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as under

    That I am Karta of HUF with name and style of “Shubham Mehra HUF”.

    1. That HUF came into existence on 07/09/2023.


    2. That the HUF at present is consisting of the following members: -

    A) Shri Shubham Mehra Adult, Residing at House no. 62 Sreshtha Vihar, Delhi-
    110092.
    B) Smt. Aditi Kapoor Adult, Residing at House no. 62 Sreshtha Vihar, Delhi-110092.
