    I, Muskan Yadav D/o Narender Kumar, aged 23 years, R/o House No. 50, Block-B, Phase-1, New Palam
    Vihar, Tehsil and District Gurugram hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath as under:-

    1. That I am the Advocate and Plaintiff in the present matter and have been fully and am well
    conversant with the facts of the case and hence competent to depose the instant affidavit.
    2. That I have gone through the accompanying suit and same has been drafted by me and the
    contents of the same are true and correct to my knowledge and belief and submissions are
    banded upon information and advice received and believed to be true.
    3. That the annexure are the true copy of their respective originals.
