I, Javid Ahmad Reshi S/o Ab Khaliq Reshi R/o Warpora Tehsil

Zachaldara District Kupwara do hereby solemnly declare on oath as
under;-
1. That I am permanent resident of J & K U.T.
2. That I have taken one shop on rent under staircase.
3. That I undertake I will not put the stock out of my fixed boundary of
my shop.
4. That if any sort of nuisance is created by deponent the co-
shopkeepers is free to take legal action against me at any time.
5. That the deponent furnishes this affidavit to the landlord and co-
shopkeepers.

2. That I am enrolled at Govt Degree Collage Handwara under Roll
No: 5007 in the year 2013 in stream B.Com Ist Year.
3. That I had got my admission in Sai group of Institute at Daradoon.
4. That I will not claim admission before the authorities of Govt
Degree Collage Handwara/ University.
5. That I have need of my Discharge certificate / Character Certificate
which I have produced before the collage authorities at the time of
admission.
