That I have qualified P.G. entrance in M.A Mass Communication and

Journalism 2011 under Roll. No. 340128 held by University of
Kashmir.

That I am not serving in any Institution/organization as employee or

whatsoever.

That I am not enrolled in any institution/organization except Seeking

admission in University of Kashmir.

Handwara do hereby solemnly declare on oath as under:

That my uncle Pir Maqbool S/o: Pir Ab. Jabar R/o: Ringpath was
member of MPCS Kunnel (Erstwhile Ringpath).

That the aforementioned uncle was passed away some 30 years

back.

That the property my uncle was mutated in the name of deponent

and is in my actual possession.

That there is no issue of my aforementioned uncle is not residing in

the said village Ringpath.

That the deponent deserves the membership of the aforementioned

MPCS as the membership of every deceased person is transferred
to his inheritant as per Co-operative rules, as I am the only person
residing in the jurisdiction of MPCS Kunnel who can claim or has
right to inherit the membership of my uncle.
