Title HOW TO USE THE PUBLICATION ADMIRALTY LIST OF LIGHTS

2. Follow the rules and regulations of the trainer/instructor.
3. Understand, analyze and materialize the specific objective of the exercise.

4. Follow the instructions of the trainer.

1. Emphasize the specific objective of the exercise. That failure to perform such
would mean that the trainee failed the whole exercise.
Trainer Action 2. Give trainees ample time to prepare prior to the starting of practical exercise.
3. May stop the exercise if any deviation from the planed objective or any
malfunction arises.
1. Explain the purpose of conducting the debriefing.
2. Discuss whether the specific objective of the exercise was attained.
3. Acknowledge the correct performance they performed.
Debriefing 4. Discuss where and what are the difficulties that the trainee had encountered
during the exercise.
5. Discuss the result of each trainee in the exercise.
