Will you use these sites more in the future?

Well, I’m trying to refrain myself from these sites, as I find myself quite
addicted to entertaining contents on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.
and squandering too much time on them. So I’d say I’m about to make a
change and make less use of such online networking platforms.

 Thrive on: survive
Eg: Sita thrives on appreciation
 Squandering: waste (something, especially money or time) in a reckless and
foolish manner.
Eg: He is squandering all his money on his jewellery.
 Instance: an example or single occurrence of something.
Eg: “For instance, some countries don’t follow this law.”
 Wide Range: you mean it deals with or affects a great variety of different things.
Eg: There is a wide range of options available  in the market .
