1. What are Cebu Ocean Park’s internal (company-specific) strengths, competencies, and
capabilities?
Answer: Cebu Ocean Park is a very friendly environment not only for the aquatic animals but also for the
employees, which is a fantastic approach to attract customers because of the way the employees treat
everyone and create excellent relationships. According to the website of Cebu Ocean Park, they receive
great ratings from those who had experience to witness a unique marine-life. As of Cebu Ocean Park
competencies, the park can manage up to several sections of exhibiting both marine and terrestrial
wildlife. The facility also hosts an oceanarium, the Deep Tank Lagoon which has a volume of 3500 cubic
meters (120,000 cu ft) with a depth of 7.2 meters (24 ft), and a 360-degree viewing tunnel.Cebu Ocean park
was the 1st ever marine park in the Visayas and Mindanao , and has the largest Oceanarium in the
Philippines (bigger than Manila Ocean Park) with function spaces and a food hall. It is geared for an all-year
round tourist destination.

Answer: Cebu Ocean Park can take advantage to the customers who are making vlogs, taking some pictures
that captures what’s inside the Ocean Park and share it on any social media platforms. In that, the park can have
opportunities to grow and be viral. With the help of other forces, the park will be known, not just in the country but
also in other countries and tourists will start to visit. Ocean Park will have the opportunities to have many
customers.
