CTAT: The voltage across a diode operated at constant current is complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT), with a temperature
coefficient of approximately −2 mV/K or -1.6 mV/K. This negative temperature coefficient of the current is often referred to as CTAT
or Complementary To Absolute Temperature.

But VT is PTAT
VT is very weak PTAT. But VD is strong CTAT.
