AGCN Team to pl. comply the Under lined Contents of trailing mail and pasted below for quick view. As soon as availability of AGCN CEO along with Arabic management POC be confirmed, we will seek for
available �me slot from higher ups to lock mee�ng. Same has already communicated through trailing mail. Pl. act accordingly.

Refer trailing mail, It is submi�ed that we already had so many sessions with AGCN local team including Razzaq bu� sb but of no use except wastage of �me. Even in last mee�ng as I
remember merely two guys from AGCN joined a mee�ng and even were not having a least power to decide, hence mee�ng was ended with severe concerns on wisdom and casual approach of AGCN team
for se�lement of issues. More over in an earlier session En�re AGCN Team had confessed that they are not in a posi�on to do more in this project. En�re this situa�on has been alarming and panic as well
since our data center services are on risk due to open ma�ers and eventual O & M challenges.

Egerton Road Exchange fire incident was a biggest tragedy in PTCL history as PTCL lost its Core site. That was an emergency situation in which quick advance ordering was done to build an
alternate Core site at GTN. The concept of Shell for cooling only equipment section was adopted first time to reduce overall cooling area. AGCN is obliged to complete the scope as per Specs,
design and BoQ at that moment of ordering. EHS team need to imagine the situation at that particular moment of time. SM Power & Environment is the officer fully involved at that time and
any difference of opinion should be taken to his office for a neutral decision. If due to urgency, it was not possible for PTCL to attach the specs, we should not enforce at later stage. No
afterthought should be enforced on vendor. Permission may be given to AGCN to complete the job as per understanding of SM Power & Environment PTCL HQs.
For Project date extension, PMO office may take up with Planning HQs with the recommendations of PD.
Overall, as detailed below, AGCN is requested to play its active role to close so many outstanding items. PTCL should not be left with so many issues for an indefinite period.

Current Project Status: System is running March 2015, issuance of PAC & FAC is awaited.
1-PAC issuance is pending since July 2015,PTCL EHS team raise objections on Fire Solution (Specification, Design and BOQ) after supply of equipment and ordering.
2-90% Discrepancies are related to Fire Solution. Extra cost is required Cater those requirements.
5 out of 6 Major Deliverables of GTN Data Center is still not Active since 2016 and Civil work also pending at AGCN part despite of 20+ meetings with AGCN
1- Fire suppression system, (Installed in 2016 but not operational since its installation and not offered for PAT.)
2- Fire detection System (95% completed, installed since 2016; Token Ring Topology missing, few SDs need to be relocated.)
3- CCTV/Monitoring devices (08 CCTV installed in Jan-2016 and 02 of them local made not as per BOQ (Emerson). Functionality starts with 01 VDR local made installation
in March, 2018. Working but visibility not provided by AGCN to OPS team/NMS. PAT is also not offered)
4- ACS Machine. (04 ACS machine installed in Jan-2016 but 01 is not working. Log access of ACS is not available with OPS Team. PAT is also not offered.)
5- Civil work pending (Infrastructure for PODs including Glass portioning, False ceiling, Illumination, earthing , power cabling , vinyl flooring , Containment & runways etc.
