Important Instruction to Candidate admitted through JoSAA/CSAB 2021

All the candidates, who have confirmed their seat by paying partial admission
fee during November 20-24, 2021 as well as the candidates, who will confirm
their seat in CSAB Special Rounds I & II, are required to report online at the
SVNIT, Surat admission portal during 7th December to 13th December 2021 to
complete the admission process.

THE ONLINE REPORTING LINK, PROCEDURE AND FEE PAYMENT DETAILS


WOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE SOON.

Physical reporting at SVNIT, Surat would be informed separately. The


candidates are advised to visit the Institute website regularly.

Commencement of First semester classes: 13th December 2021

Mode of Teaching: ONLINE until further notifications

Annexure-A

The scanned copies of the following documents (maximum 100kb size of each document)
are required to upload at the time of online reporting for admission at SVNIT.

1 Provisional Admission Letter downloaded from JoSAA portal after payment of Partial
Admission Fee/Document Verification-cum-Seat Acceptance Letter downloaded from
CSAB portal
2 Photo ID proof issued by Central Govt./State Govt./Aadhar Card
3 Rank Card of JEE (Main)
4 Class X marks sheet / certificate as proof of date of birth
5 Class XII (or equivalent) board mark sheet
6 Admit card/Hall ticket of 12th Board examination/School Leaving Certificate/Transfer

7 Medical Certificate as per JoSAA format
8 Undertaking (as per format given at Page No. 3)
9 Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable, as per Government of India
format, available on the JoSAA website, issued by the competent authority. In case of
OBC-NCL/EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2021.
a. Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) issued by Maharashtra State must be validated
by Social Welfare department (in case of SC and OBC-NCL category) and Tribal
Welfare department (in case of ST category) of Maharashtra Government. The
SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates of Maharashtra State have to produce their caste
validity certificate in the format available on JoSAA website.
b. ST certificates from Tamil Nadu state must be issued by the concerned Revenue
Divisional Officer.
10 Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

If the original certificates are not in Hindi/ English, duly certified Hindi/ English
version/translation of such certificates will be required.
