Huge storm to arrive Monday

On Monday everyone will stay at home for storm, It is warned for the people
who worked in the city on Friday, so that they do not show up on Monday for
the good of you and your family, and if you work today, it will only be until 5pm
remember it.
It is important to know that on Monday at 9 am, you will hear that the alarm is
going to be sounding, that is why you should take precautions, for the children,
they will not attend school until Thursday, It is recommended not to go out, -
preparate and follow recommendations
The president called the community today before 9pm but few people
attended, the president has bought emergency equipment for this situation, It
is important to recognize the measures put by the president, I remember
yesterday the community was having a good time with their friends
If you have problems calling 911, the call will be returned as soon as possible.

communicating
My primary way of communicating is texting, I use it to communicate with mi
mother brother, sister, uncles, mi girlfriends, some friends, I like it because it
is very fast, at any time I can send messages, I like it because I have a record,
I save the messages, I like it because it does not erase, I like it because always
have my phone, I don´t like it when my phone is battery is low I don´t like when
they take time to answer you

Task 3
Chicken soup
Ingredients
-3 lt of water
-1 chicken breast, with bone and skin
-1/2 onion
-1 clove garlic
-2 corn, cut into 4
-pumpkins, cut into large cubes
-potato, cut into medium cubes
Before you start heat a pot over high heat with the water and add the
chicken breast, with the white onion, garlic, bay leaves and salt. Cook
until the chicken is fully cooked.
After remove the chicken breast, remove the skin and shred. Once
strain the broth to remove the fat, heat a pot with the defatted
chicken broth, add the vegetables in order of cooking, starting with
the corn, carrot, potato, pumpkin, celery and coriander.
As soon as it´s hot, serve the broth with white rice the shredded
chicken, accompany with slice of lemon enjoy.

AN ACT OF KINDNESS
This happened 5 years ago, that day was Monday, I woke up very late, I
remember that I did not have breakfast, I left my house quickly, I got on the
transport when the driver was going to get off, I charged me, I looked for
my wallet but I did not carry it, in that moment a lady paid my ticket as she
saw that I was in a hurry, before going down she thanked the lady.
Two days later leaving school my friend had lost his wallet and when I saw
that he no longer had money I told him not to worry that I would pay his
ticket since he lived by my house so he thanked me, he told me that I would
pay but I told him it was not necessary, something good that I would like to
do, would be to donate clothes to orphan people who do not have their
parents

Relaxing

When I have bad days and I feel bad, in order to relax I put on my headphones and

listen to music of my tastes such as a little classical music, hip hop, or even

alternative rock, besides it relaxes me I focus more on my activities than I do, another

technique that I use to relax is to go out and walk either in the center or in the park,

I breathe air and it helps that I am distracted a little more and after a moment, I

already feel very relaxed, I have tried to use Other techniques like doing yoga but I

can't relax, it is very difficult for me to stretch since I am fat and it is complicated, I

would like to use another technique such as putting aromatic candles but I still do

not try, however I recommend that you listen to music and try it when you are bad

and want to relax since it helps a lot to listen to music
